Working with and in support of our management. The Chef's role will be defined as the leader of the kitchen. He or She will meet the customer's need as well as the financial needs of the restaurant.
Requirements we seak are: Red Sealed or Journeyman's papers. Food Safe and WHIMS Certification. He or She should also possess strong leadership and management skills, food control and menu design.
This position is suited for someone with minimum 2 years experience in management. Own means of transportation is an asset. Accomodations are available. Salary or wages will be determined based upon experience.
