Purpose: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Executive Management Team and managing day to day operations of office.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and assist Sales Representatives,

Managing calendars,
Meeting and event arrangements,

  • Administrative support to Office and Executive management.
  • Communication with sales force
  • Sales Analysis
  • Preparing reports and financial data
  • Assist in the recruitment process by preparing and maintaining postings, resume review, telephone interviews and organizing the set-up of interviews
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Complete travel arrangements (Flights, Hotels and Car Rentals)
  • Extensive software skills
