The company lacks trustworthy leadership. The senior executive lacks the ability to support mid-level management and truly treats every employee as a number. For years I have believed the US based executive has been posturing Canadian operations for sale by thinning out the support staff, management, and supervisory staff while squeezing every last minute of time from the road employees. Their focus is reduction of workforce.
