We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work for a Transport Company in Toronto.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE or SALES SUPPORT.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing sales data and generating sales progress reports
- Assisting the sales team in telephone contact to augment team efforts
- Data entry to track deliveries on key accounts
- Generating internal spreadsheets and reports for distribution
- Presenting a professional image of the company to all contacts and delivering
excellent customer service in all dealings therein
- Be able to compile data to generate reports
- Have strong ability to follow up with sales leads and referrals
- Excellent knowledge base of Excel in order to work confidently with spreadsheets and
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
This position is on a day shift with an 8:30am start; salary $35k.
