Busy Residential Construction - Design/Build firm requires an individual who has competence to set-up and run the Supplier and Project Costing requirements of the company; manage multiple Projects from $200K-$1M renovations/new build.

Working on the Construction side of the Business:
- Provide detailed Supplier specifications for project work by function (Demolition, Excavation, Foundations, Framing, etc), gather Estimates, assess Estimates with Sr. Construction Project Manager and other team members, issue PO's to selected supplier, book Supplier site activity, record Supplier request for Change Order to Purchase Order, receive and review Supplier Invoices.

- Run Project docket, documenting Supplier Activity, Receivables, Payables, Job P&L

- Must be computer savvy. Numbers oriented. Must love to track and manage every dollar on a project.

- Excel, Quickbooks, Project Management software experience.

- Must have car.

- This is a Contract position.
