You will learn to be comfortable dealing directly with a wide variety of people in looking after their personal or business automotive requirements. You will be the quarterback working with a team of sales, financing and service personnel to get the right product to your customer on time and in perfect condition. Automotive Sales and Leasing Representatives are key personnel responsible for all aspects for the vehicle sale process with retail and small commercial customers including:
All customer interaction starting with customer inquiries to vehicle presentation, negotiation and vehicle delivery.
Coordination of the dealership vehicle acquisition and preparation activities.
Acting as the key individual responsible for ongoing customer relationship management activities including dealing with vehicle inquiries, vehicle servicing issues in conjunction with our Service team, end of lease issues, vehicle trade-ins and any other issue that come up.
Experienced sales representatives also assist with the ongoing training of new staff
Valid driver’s licence
All sales representatives participate in weekly training sessions as well as accessing online training and video resources from Volkswagen Canada and other third party training organizations. Sales techniques and experience are developed dealing with customers with the assistance of our experienced Sales management team.
Incentive based compensation plan includes commission on vehicle and other product sales, volume incentives, bonuses based on customer satisfaction results and year end bonuses.
