Very nice people in most cases but management is nowhere to be found
NA (Former Employee), Brantford, ONNovember 5, 2013
Pros: good pension. 7.5 hour days.
Cons: too much work and no support from management
Healthcare cuts affect every department and upper management is not involved or are overloaded. Unrealistic expectations in daily task as most employees are doing what two people did in the past.
They want more done but will pay for overtime. If you want to be a star in this work environment you will be doing it on your own time and without compensation.
