Sales Representative – Sales and Merchandising Division

Current Opportunity

Brand Momentum is currently looking for Sales Representatives to join the Sales and Merchandising Team. In this role you will be instrumental in selling, detailing, servicing and building lasting relationships in medical clinics ensuring the delivery of all day to day in store requirements on our exciting client program takes place.

Hours will be typically 11-15 a week, with up to 22 hours a week during initial launch of product

  • Create and execute an effective call plan
  • Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Regional Coordinator on goals and objectives for each of your stores visited
  • Build positive and lasting business relationships with retail managers and pharmacists to deliver success for our client
  • Present yourself in a professional and approachable manner at all times
  • Ensure that the order flow is optimal on the main products that we are handling for our client
  • Ensure all account or head office compliance and service initiatives scheduled are adhered to
  • Complete all reporting requirements for in store activities on a daily basis
  • Detail and take orders on specific items/sku’s when required
  • Provide valuable insights and daily report information feedback after each store visit has been completed


  • You have 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical or Medical sales experience (preferably) or 2 or more years of general sales and merchandising understanding calling on medical clinics
  • Experience selling and detailing to medical clinics would be very beneficial
  • You are reliable and can work independently, with little or no supervision
  • You are an excellent communicator and a creative problem solver
  • Ability to clearly and enthusiastically present information and influence others
  • You understand the need and importance for daily reporting after your store visits
  • You embrace training and coaching as career growth opportunities
  • You have a thirst for knowledge and you enjoy interacting with medical staff to sell products in each and every store that you are accountable for
  • You are experienced, dynamic, approachable, articulate and goal oriented
  • You understand, follow and are respectful of each retail banners in store procedures and policies
  • You look at incremental ways to get your message or product offering conveyed in an efficient, effective and ethical manner
  • Proven time and territory management skills
  • You have access to a computer and the internet on a daily basis to complete web based reporting requirements and communication with management
  • Valid Driver’s license and have your own reliable transportation
