We are currently looking for motivated individuals to bring their best and deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of our clients who represent some of Canada’s largest charitable organizations.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within our fast-paced and dynamic Call Centre performing tasks such as: inbound donation/lottery ticket order capture, inbound customer service, outbound follow up/courtesy/sales calls, data entry and other related duties.
- call centre/telemarketing experience
- excellent verbal & written proficiency in English
- computer/keyboarding ability with a minimum of 30 wpm
- good communication skills with a natural aptitude for customer service
- friendly disposition and an enthusiasm for helping people
- motivated by bonuses/incentives
As our call centre is open 7 x 24 x 365 our shifts are varied and include days, evenings & weekends so we require candidates to be flexible with their work availability and maintain a minimum of 20 hours worked per week.
