Bosch Rexroth Canada is currently looking for an experienced Technical Sales Consultant in the St. John’s area. As a TSC you will be responsible for the development of new business and the maintenance of existing accounts by promoting and selling Bosch Rexroth products and services in Newfoundland and Labrador.

*Developing new business and maintaining existing accounts by promoting and selling Bosch
Rexroth hydraulic products and services in Newfoundland and Labrador through a
combination of direct customer accounts and channel partners.
*Achieving agreed to sales forecasts for the sales territory
*Planning/scheduling weekly itineraries and call reports in a timely manner
*Providing on-site technical and applications assistance to customers
*Developing strategic initiatives to gain market share within identified key accounts
*Working independently, supervising the promotion and sales of products and improving
penetration and visibility.
*Creating and implementing seminars, sales meeting materials and special programs
*Keeping abreast of technological changes in the industry, both from a product/application
perspective and competitive offerings
*Technical university degree or college diploma preferred or comparable experience and
skills may be deemed acceptable
*5-7 years experience in outside technical sales
*Knowledge of and experience with marine offshore and mining industries
*Effective selling, presentation and people skills
*Understanding of hydraulic applications and service thereof
*Ability to recognize opportunities for the application and sale of Bosch Rexroth products
*Ability to deliver basic level technical seminars to customers
*Ability to provide the Application Engineering department with all data necessary to perform
system design and product selection
*Comprehensive knowledge of the competition is an asset
