  • Preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Provide support to the Accounting Manager.
  • Full cycle accounting. Includes but not limited to the

o Enter journal entries
o Prepare bank reconciliations
o Calculate and prepare accruals
o Prepare amortization schedules
o Prepare tax remittances
o Enter cash receipts
o Enter payables
o Create bank deposits

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in business or finance.
  • Articulate and able to communicate with all levels of company

team members, including vendors and customers.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Great Plains preferred.
  • Good knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritization


  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details and the

ability to meet deadlines.
