- Preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Provide support to the Accounting Manager.
- Full cycle accounting. Includes but not limited to the
o Enter journal entries
o Prepare bank reconciliations
o Calculate and prepare accruals
o Prepare amortization schedules
o Prepare tax remittances
o Enter cash receipts
o Enter payables
o Create bank deposits
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience.
- Post-secondary degree in business or finance.
- Articulate and able to communicate with all levels of company
team members, including vendors and customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Great Plains preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details and the
ability to meet deadlines.
