Bohemian Med Spa is looking to hire a new part-time receptionist during the week and sometimes on saturdays. This position offers a high potential for future growth and experience in the aesthetics field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Sell retail products, gift certificates, and services, in a professional manner
*Perform routine inventory
*All administrative responsibilities
*Provide professional customer service to all clients
*Daily cash recording
*Greeting, welcoming, checking-in, and directing clients and callers professionally and appropriately
*Notifying staff of client arrival
*Maintaining filing system
*Scheduling treatments, confirming next-day appointments
*Well groomed appearance and honorable, trustworthy work ethic
*Post-Secondary Education is an asset
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Sales experience is a MUST
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
