Not a bad company as far as pharma goes. Products are average, nothing blockbuster. Pay and commission are below national average, but better than other careers. Managed care coverage sucks. Management is a joke. Manager in East Tn is insane -believes in no work/life balance, micro manages to an extreme and has zero trust in her employees - she is one who will track her reps daily

Boehringer Ingelheim is a productive company that takes care of its employees through lucrative perks. A typical day at work is fun, though tiring most of the time. The company helped me developed my interpersonal skills. It was a company filled with joyous workers. My stay with the company is an unforgettable one, though I would like to seize other work opportunity abroad.

Nice company with well-organized business process. International culture gives a huge experience of communication with other contries. Fast moving environment and a lot of intresting projects give the opportunity to develop your multitasking.
