Awful co-workers
Employee (Current Employee) –  San Francisco23 June 2013
The company itself is not that bad, nor are the job duties. But the co-workers (at least in my department) were the worst I have worked with in 25 years. Flame e-mails.Throw you under the bus. Excessive drama. Spying and tattling to management. Getting involved in things that are not their business. Withholding job critical information. Outdated processes.Trying to create more work for others while avoiding it themselves. Butt kissing and brown nosing. Questionable decisions that harm customers but avoid blame (kick the can down the road). High turnover.
Pros
Work hours are pretty standard.
Cons
The culture has encouraged the retention of weasel employees

Productive & fun place to work at
Wealth Manager & Investment Analyst (Current Employee) –  Toronto11 March 2017
Good place to work at with great people and management. Client interaction and opportunity to get ahead of your peers with that added responsibility is a big plus. Great environment that encourages collaboration.
