DIRECT BANKING MANAGER (Current Employee), MississaugaJune 9, 2014
Work at BMO started off with a promise to grow as an individual also as a leader. In my +2 year tenure with BMO i have been fortuitous enough to have won a variety of accolades for achieving, and going above and beyond. Typically this is a good sign for things to come - they never did.

There workplace environment is cordial, co-workers are good generous people but lack drive and motivation. The most enjoyable part of this job is being a leader within your team, achieving goals, having meaningful conversations with clients and helping them with their financial decisions.

One of the harder facets of this job is the lack of creativity, as a person employed there for over 2 years the inability of promoting my creativity and unique skills left me feeling caged and helpless.
