It was a pretty easy job, because it was simple. Just answer the phones, get the information and pass it to the engineers. But it was also very challenging. I wouldn't know what the next customer could be like. Sometimes when I got an Indian customer, it is really difficult for me to understand him because of the accent. Sometimes the customer was angry and rude. There are lots of problems to solve and as a customer care representative, I had to be always polite and could never blame the customers even when they were wrong. I dealt with these problem, and solved them successfully. I have to thank the senior colleagues because they taught everything about this job including talking skills. And also, my team leader always could handle the problem when I was in trouble. She had done an excellent job in managing this team.
