BlueSky employs some of the best eCommerce talent in the country: - Business analysts - Infrastructure administrators - eCommerce developers - Project managers
The workplace culture is supportive, especially technical support from development and admin colleagues. Management support could be stronger with regard to onsite resources. Prior experience in eCommerce is pretty essential.
Great opportunity and benefits, friendly, close-knit culture, but also demanding, fast-paced; need a better balance of available resources and strategic goals with clients.

What a great company to work for. The environment is friendly and communicative. Many times when people needed a break from the work they were doing they would gather a few others and play a game of Pool together. Other times there would be raffles for free concert tickets in the local area or a company golf outing. They always keep the kitchen fully stocked with snacks and drinks.Of course these are all perks for putting in hard work! A typical day at work can involve meetings, presentations, phone calls with clients, making monthly calendars to make sure you're on top of assignments, and logging your hours into their company specific database. There is of course more that occurs within a typical day at the office, but it all depends on your specific position. No one person will be executing the same work day, and that's what's so great about working at BlueSky.
