We are currently recruiting for the role of Residential Accounts Receivable at our head office Downtown.

The role requires performing basic accounting duties including entry of rents receivable, preparing legal forms pertaining to the RTA and appear at the LTB, report preparation for the Residential Portfolio Manager as well as assist the Property Coordinator with correspondence, notices, resident communication, etc. The role will also include coding invoices with GL codes, coordinating office services such as couriers, etc.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to manage tight timelines while working well with a team and independently.

Preferred experience would include a Paralegal designation, proficient in MS Office, working knowledge of accounts receivable and banking procedures.
