Our client located downtown is currently looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Assist with general administrative duties
  • Typing letters and various correspondences
  • Distributing mails and incoming faxes and emails
  • Provide support to internal staff when required
  • Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Fluently bilingual in both French/English
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and busy switchboard
  • Very organised and detail oriented
