Position: Administrative Coordinator

Blue Sky Digital is an industry leader in digital outdoor advertising and LED lighting technologies. We are a fast growing, innovative and entrepreneurial organization.

We have an immediate opening for a full time permanent Administrative Coordinator position.

The successful candidate will provide:

Administrative services to support the implementation of company tasks and ongoing projects.
Sales and client support of contracts, project management and coordination of contractors.
Client follow up, presentation and Webex coordination.
Project/Event planning, travel coordination and agenda management of General Manager.
Assistance with day-to-day client correspondence and daily administrative needs of company.
Communication coordination between creative production team and clients where required.
Ability to manage expectations of clients and suppliers located in timezones throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
Ability to travel if required (North America).

Other attributes that are integral to this role include proficiency in Excel with reporting and database administration, creative PowerPoint skills, superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A strong customer service focus and the ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment is essential. Excellent planning and organizational skills exhibited under tight deadlines with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously is required, along with the ability to demonstrate accountability and ownership of assigned work.
