The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day to day operations of a kitchen, hands-on cooking duties and operations responsibilities, including scheduling, ordering, inventories and costing, interviewing, hiring and training all staff and the development of future managers into the business.
Minimum 5 years cooking experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a management capacity
Strong diverse cooking skills
Creative, strong attention to detail and focus on bill times
Passion about food and food quality
Willing to work hard
