Blue Devil is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage person to join our team. The successful applicant will be running a team of 30 with scheduling, managing, ordering, and much more.
The successful applicant will work closely with our Executive Chef and Head Professional to deliver the very best experience to our guests.
Blue Devil's new 22,000 sq ft clubhouse is quickly becoming a popular venue for weddings, golf tournaments, and other special events. Our Salvail Salon and Atkinson Hall can seat up to 200 each independently or combine for a 400 person event. the Food and Beverage Manager must manage all aspects of the banquets along with the King and Devil Tap and Grill and Beverage Cart.
The Food and Beverage Manager will report to the General Manager and CEO of Play Golf Calgary Facilities.
Blue Devil had a fantastic opportunity to create a year round business for its catering department and the Food and Beverage Manager will be expected to develop and execute a plan to grow the off season restaurant and banquet business.
