Cons: Everything (Stressful job, disorganized managers, inexperienced employees...etc.)
This is one of the few companies that you must stay away from. Here are reasons why:
-The company constantly gets payment wrong. They usually pay you LESS than you actually worked.
-Hours are random. Sometimes, you only work 4 hours for the entire day. Sometimes, you work 12 hours.
-You have to work with many inexperienced/ incompetent workers because the HR does not properly assess everyone's abilities. (Example: When I worked there, the people they hire are completely random. Some of the people they hired cannot read or speak proper English.)
-The job has many responsibilities. You have to call the store and book a time yourself. You have to constantly deal with customers who thinks you are working for the store when you are not. You also have to do large amounts of paperwork.
-Supervisors and managers will constantly push you to work faster. It can get really annoying.
-Calling the managers is hard. They are usually not present to pick the phone. You have to call multiple times to reach them.
Overall, the amount of effort to perform the job is WAY MORE than $12 / hour. It is not worth it. Other companies provide much better working environment.
