Student (Former Employee), Watertown, NYJanuary 21, 2013
Pros: i got to play a lot of gulf before getting fired
Cons: poor pay, owner blamed me for what he failed to do.
This is the only job from which I ever have been fired. WE were in the middkle of a construction job, building a clubhouse. I had never do any construction work before, but was willing to learn. The problem came when I was asked to do some plumbing in the shower rooms, which I had never done or been properly trained in. As it turned out I installed – more... the gaskets to all the sink drains upside down. When the water was turned on, every sink leaked. Man, was the boss mad. He told the foreman to fire me. He did and I went back to school to become a med tech. – less
