High stress job, with very little work life balance.
Clients are nice, and are great to work for.
However management expectations of work response time and completion of work are not realistic. In most cases work is completed with no research time, or testing time.
Also response time after hours is not realistic for staff not on call. Even when out of the on call rotation you are expected to answer your phone at all hours to assistant customers.
However they do pay for your testing to get certified. But testing must be done on your own time.
