Our client is located in downtown Toronto and they are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who is fluent in both English and French-Canadian French. As the ideal candidate, you are legally entitled to work PERMANENTLY in Canada and have previous experience dealing with people from Quebec and other French-speaking regions of Canada. You also have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in an office Administrative Assistant role serving as administrative support to at least two members of management staff. Must have excellent MS Office skills as well as minute-taking skills and superior time-management and organizational skills to take care of booking appointments, travel, meetings, schedule management, office supplies, etc. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, starting as a temporary position with possibility of permanency.
