Our client is a leader in their field and they are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives who have experience with sales goals/targets or upselling in an inbound call-center environment, preferably in tele-banking. You MUST be extremely customer-service oriented/focused, be familiar with "metrics" such as AHT (average handle time) or average call time and be accustomed to reaching sales goals or targets in your environment. The client does NOT want job-hoppers, or people who have a history of bouncing around from one job/contract to another (exceptions will be made, of course, if you have been in school doing summer or part-time jobs).
A university degree is preferred but not mandatory. Must be bilingual in spoken (and preferably written) French and English, have a clear speaking voice, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people and work in a customer service role. We are looking for professional, polished, articulate candidates who are willing to learn and have a "can-do" personality. You MUST be legally entitled to work PERMANENTLY in Canada. This job is full-time permanent and is the overnight shift, which means you must be available to work 7.5 hour shifts between the hours of 10pm and 8am from Tuesday through Saturday. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT AND CRIMINAL CHECK AND HAVE 3 GOOD PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES. Excellent benefits available after probation is completed. Location is Steeles & Pharmacy.
