Our client is an established corporate organization in downtown Toronto and they are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Administrative Assistant to join their team. As the ideal candidate, you are fluent in both official languages, both spoken and written. You have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of SOLID Administrative experience in a role that involves supporting a senior staff members of Management, INCLUDING (mandatory) calendar & appointment scheduling, travel & accommodation arrangements as well as general administrative duties such e-mail, correspondence & phone call & voice mail mgmt. You are organized, welcoming, articulate, professionally presentable and a team player. You must have previous experience working/speaking with people from French-speaking regions of Canada and be eligible to work permanently in Canada.
