Our National client is looking for sharp customer service representative that can support the Sales department by responding to inquiries with regards to products, as well as processing
incoming orders and returns.
-Responding to telephone inquiries
-ensure that Dealers are aware of product specifications and product knowledge
-outbound and in bound communication to dealers pertaining to order follow-up
-processing of orders,inputting of orders received via fax, e-mail or phone
-responsible for all returns, remakes, repairs, and existing orders
- Post secondary education preferred
-2 years customer service experience
-good computer skills for order entry
-Excellent communication in English and French both written and verbal
-multi tasker with good attention to detail
Day hours 8;30 --5 Full-time with benefits
39-42 K based on experience
