Bijoux Majesty, an expanding company located in downtown Montreal on Phillips Square next to McGill metro, is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant who is knowledgeable and experienced in inventory management and production. Candidate should be bilingual and comfortable with a schedule of 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The salary offered will depend upon the candidate’s previous experience.

  • Inventory management- updating and maintaining inventory status using the Acomba accounting system and company master lists
  • Maintaining excellent relations with suppliers and local jewellers
  • Ordering and processing product shipments and office supplies
  • Overseeing production (manufacturing to delivery to client)
  • Keeping track of incoming and outgoing products
  • Attending to clients (welcoming, creating invoices, processing payments)
  • Shipping products via Fedex and Canada Post system (EST) to clients internationally
  • Handling a flash sales website account (communication, taking care of sales)
  • Assisting in the making of jewellery
  • Data entry


  • Knowledge of small business management
  • Experience in inventory systems
  • English/French bilingualism (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizing and follow-up skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated to learn
