It's the closest you'll get to a California style working environment. The Engineering management is absolutely fabulous, and some of the nicest co-workers.

Flexible work environment and Agile software development methodology
Quality Assurance Engineer (Former Employee) –  Toronto2 April 2013
My key task was to develop automated test cases and refine existing test automation suites and framework. I also participated in a few projects where I needed to design and buildup test plans and scenarios. I have learned new skills such as Selenium test automation framework and Git revision control. Management style is very flexible because it is a start-up company. Co-workers are fun to interact with. The hardest part of the job is to use revision control because there were many traffics coming in and out from Git. The most enjoyable part of the job is the freedom and trusts given by my boss to work on the automation suite.
Pros
free dinner for people who stay over 6pm
