Legal Secretary - Litigation (New Westminster)
Compensation: $25.05 per hour
Qualifications & Requirements
-Legal Admin/Secretary diploma and/or equivalent work experience (e.g. 8+ years of experience in progressively more responsible roles)
-Experience in personal injury litigation is required or extensive litigation experience as an alternative.

-Ability to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the relevant procedures, practices, and policies as they pertain to administering legal files
-Ability to acquire and maintain the relevant acts, regulations and rules as they pertain to personal injury litigation
-Ability to multi task and exercise initiative and good judgement
-Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, volumes, and schedules
-To provide administrative support such as tracking files, making appointments, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and screening calls and mail
-To work independently on assigned tasks
- Minimum typing 55 nwpm @ 90% accuracy
- Intermediate or above proficiency in Word, Outlook & Excel
