Poor management | Too much company politics
Engineer in Training (Former Employee), Greater Sudbury, ONAugust 31, 2015
Pros: Free coffee
Cons: Long hours, low work life balance
- Weak management
- Not much training is provided by company
- There's a lot of politics
- There's a major disconnect between the designers and the engineers
- It's a small company so it often feels like certain individuals receive favoritism
- They often have a resourcing issue because of which when work needs to meet deadlines, PMs push the designers and engineers to put in long hours at work
- It is not a good place of work for EITs
- Very, very few experienced individuals
- Not recommended to work there at all
