Language Instructor (Former Employee) – Language Instructor – 23 January 2016
This company basically takes advantage of new immigrants who speak their native language. Usually they can not find a job because they do not have US work experience.
They will tell you you are an independent contractor. So, let us see what does this mean?
It means that you will drive your car all the day, because students are located in different centers which are tens of miles away from each other.
So you drive your car, pay for the gas and maintenance. You get 0$ compensation for long hours you waste on the road, you get 0$ for travel cost. And then they give 13$ per hour, what a geneuors pay, while student pay 50$ for this hour.
This place is just horrible, stay away from it!
Technically you earn lower than minimum wage after you pay for travel cost
University Professor at Escuela Militar de Cadetes (Former Employee) – Bogotá D.C. Colombia – 23 April 2016
Expect long hours and to be underpaid. Coworkers are kind and the students are great. Work a lot to make a little, in my opinion it was not a viable job for an expat, if you are single you will survive off the salary, but surviving in a foreign country is cheap.
Assistant Director Training & Quality (Current Employee) – Stuttgart, Germany – 10 April 2013
This is a great place to work if international contact is important for you. You learn how to deal with people from all backgrounds and cultures while improving your German skills. It does take quite a bit of your day as you are always on the go - both as a teacher or in administration, but at this company there is something for everyone if you are willing to work hard and are flexible!

Lo que mas me gusto, trabajar con personas de diferentes lugares del mundo. Al ser maestra de inglés y ver como tus alumnos mejoran dia a dia y como tienen el gusto por las clases es un sentimiento increible.
