A typical day at work would include, greeting customers, assisting in any way, helping make decisions for customers about products, recieving stock, putting away stock, markdowns, cashing out customers using POS system. I've learned a lot about customer service through Bentley & what a difference it makes on people. Having re-peat customers come back just because they thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience with me or another co-worker. Management is good. Co-Workers are great. The hardest part of the job would be working by myself all the time, I dont feel that there are enough staff scheduled all the time. The most enjoyable part about my job is my co-workers.
