Great place to work depending on management. Helps grow as an individual, and space to grow within the company. Helps a lot with people skills and learning to sell.

DATA ANALYST, SUPPLY CHAIN AND LOGISTICS (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON16 August 2017
A typical day would be the morning spent on my individual store's forcasting and orders sent out. This would also include calls from the stores and any needs they had. I would be responsable for aiding in any return processes as well. When devices would launch, they would be divided between team members, yearly I was responable for Iphone launch. This also included multiple accessories to follow each device. New store openings and store closings would be a on hand member to ensure procedure is followed to code.
My most enjoyable part was the people I worked with. We had a great team and really came together to help one another accomplish all projects.

Bell Field Technician (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON14 August 2017
Not good as a career, good for students, no work/life balance. Micro management at it's best. Hard to get any days off, and have to bring doctor's note for any sick days and pay for it yourself. You are never good enough for the company, it will always find something to criticize and for you to improve. 11 hr shifts
Pros
Unionized
Cons
Long hours. Unpaid lunch(1hr)

Bell work environment is one of the best I seen in years
Bell IT Specialist and Sales Consultant (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON9 August 2017
Very comfortable work environment, pleasant atmosphere with team members; cordial reception through the entire departments.

Management Structure still needs improvement in terms of employee relations and concerns; but very proactive and accommodating in some aspects.

Workplace culture is unique, friendly, good culture across the board

Management is too strong on zero tolerance with some business policies and accommodations with employees

Not being able to control some of the work load in terms of the awkward situations coming form client

Love dealing clients, people person and all round Bells product delivery service
Pros
Free perks, Lunches, Gifts and Monies etc
Cons
Flexible Hours

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON2 August 2017
When I worked at bell, I was in Customer Service Representative/Call Centre Operator answering inbound and outbound calls from the general public regarding telephone services and rental and bill inquiries. On our downtime we did outbound sales calls to promote and sell our products and services at Bell Canada. Bell was a nice place to work at in the 1990's, it was full of perks and promotions and there was room for growth.
