Repair Telecommunications technician, IPTV Install (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON13 October 2017
Bell doesn't care about people. No recognition. No appreciation. Constant incredible amount of pressure. Incompetent and ignorant people in all departments. Looks like no one cares about technicians and customers. Everyone just delegates responsibilities, no one wants to take initiative and responsibility.
Profit and profit only.

SALES ASSOCIATE (Former Employee) –  Victoria, BC11 October 2017
This is a perfect job for while you're in school and want some experience in the sales environment that touches up a bit on tech. I wouldn't recommend this job to someone looking for advancement.

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON11 October 2017
If you like the retail environment and love sales this is the job for you.

There is room for advancement.

Management wasn't very clear, but fair.

Perks to the job once you become an employee.

Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  Laval, QC3 October 2017
It is a good job but the pressure that the head of the company put on the employees is tremendous. We see a lot of good employee leave because of this pressure. The pressure to always bring in more numbers and more sales.

Large telecomm firm with some IT capabilities
SPÉCIALISTE SYSTÈME (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC3 October 2017
Bell's strengths are with its telecommunication side. The MIS/technical services group does provide a variety of services, but they tend to hire through outside tech recruitment agencies. They have been consolidating lots of their operations. Working there can be a challenge and, depending on your position, not be compatible with family life. They do have good benefits and you can advance through the ranks in that company.
Pros
Decent benefits and health coverage, stock options.
Cons
Long hours and corporate culture.
