A typical day included setting time clock, making announcements, ensuring players were properly signed in. I learned to improve my communication with people, including effective listening. Management was very good at listening and answering questions. My co-workers were helpful. The hardest part of the job was staying comfortable with the low temperatures in the arenas. The most enjoyablepart of the job was talking to the referees and helping people.
