Bel Marra Nutritional, a leading Canadian Health and Nutrition company (www.belmarrahealth.com) is currently expanding operations, and has open positions in the Customer Service\Sales department.
The position is full time with Salary, a comprehensive benefits package and bonus program. Core office hours are 9:00 to 5:30, Monday to Friday.
Responsible for delivering Premier Customer Service to existing and new customers. The position will entail
1) Providing top-notch customer service through phone/email/mail
2) Drive sales to new and existing customers
3) Participate in continuous improvement within the department
4) Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education
1) High School Degree or GED required. Some college or University strongly preferred.
2) 1+ years of customer service and/or sales and/or call center experience required
3) Previous sales experience preferred.
4) Strong Computer skills required.
5) Excellent phone etiquette.
6) Accurate data entry.
The office is located just north of Toronto, in the Steeles Ave and Pine Valley Drive area.
