Pros: nothing
Cons: co-workers
Great place to work at if you were grandfathered in before new higher ends. If you were new, good luck work was not fun. Rude customers and co-workers

Good Company
Assistant Store Manager (Current Employee), Chesapeake, VAOctober 28, 2014
Pros: fast advancement, good company, customer focused!
Cons: self training, little to none district support
Good Company with many great associates working. Indivudal districts may vary; my district lacked support from district and regional management. Many opportunities here for the company if more followup happened on their regional and district staff. Listen to your store level managment and associates they are the gears of the business that directly affect – more... the customers! – less

sales associate over the summer part time (Former Employee), Novi, MIOctober 25, 2014
I personally didn't really enjoy working at Bed Bath and Beyond because they only had me do one type of job the entire time I was there. I was never able to work in other parts of the store or help customers on the sales floor, only on the cash register.

Inventory Control Specialist (Former Employee), Los Angeles, CAOctober 23, 2014
Pros: great place to learn
Cons: on my feet all day
I did the price changes for all of the store. I learned how to do just about everything in the store. I was given a lot of opportunity from answering phones to being able to adjust inventory discrepancies.

An alright place
Sales Associate (Current Employee), Rochester, NYOctober 19, 2014
While I love working with the people that I do, being in retail is not something that I want to do for the rest of my life. The hardest part for me about going to my job is knowing that I don't really enjoy it that much. I feel stressed out and irritated whenever I go in because I know that I can be better, do greater things. I feel as if I'm holding – more... myself back from being what I know I can be. – less

Sales Associate, backup cashier, (Current Employee), Overland Park, KSOctober 16, 2014
Pros: thirty minutes for lunch break .
Cons: no healthcare benniffits
It.s very busy fast pace job , a typical day looks like helping customers find what they need to their satisfaction. As well as straightening the aisles in the store and the merchandise . taking pulls from the back of receiving also putting the back stock out. Helping with wedding registry's. Taking calls for back-up cashier . Helping customer service.
