Being apart of the management team as a key holder I was responsible for overlooking the sales floor as well as 3-5 associates.

Great company to gain experience and knowledge of the fashion industry. Working in retail has provided me with the chance to build upon being a sales specialist for BCBG and working with clients. I learned to be creative with visual updates and gained visual merchandise experience.

I liked working here, it was nice to meet a lot of different people and learn how to set up and organize the store.

BCBG MaxAzria was a fun place to work. I never felt like I was going to work. I loved everything about the products, so selling the products to customers was never very hard. When you believe in the product your customers will feed off that and believe in the product as well.

if you dont like being unpaid and given bogus reasons as to why you cant advance then this is not the company for you to work at all. beside the generous perk you get thats the only thing that makes it worth while. hopefully youll be in retail or partner shop setting otherwise forget about it the clothes will be old picked over and sometimes damaged.
