I personally joined the company at a bad time, a year and a half before they filed for bankruptcy. Because of this the salary was very low (and no raises even though my store was number 4 in north America and number 1 in Canada for sales one year, I had doubles sales over last year 3 months in a row) and no room for advancement. The only thing I can say is it had the best benefits package I have ever had!

This company was great in its training for management. Your developed in all the key areas that are necessary in understanding how to effectively run a store. However, compensation was unimpressive considering your work load making this a great learning experience, but not somewhere you'd want to be long term. They also went bankrupt so I don't know how helpful this review would be to anyone.

worst regional manager to have ever walked the earth, cannot even begin with the disgusting pig they called a district manager. terrible work life balance as i worked over 60 hours every week and didnt get a dime extra.
I was with the company for 2 years. Started from sales associate and worked my way up to assistant manager. Ha a wonderful team that helped make everything run smooth. Store manager was awesome and fair. Overall great experience!

High-end clothing store with class. Great management team. fashionable and fun place to work at and learn from with exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, the company is closing dowm all the stores in Canada which is very disaappointing and sad.
They are going bankrupt for a reason. The customers who shop at BCBG are often rude and obnoxious. Their is no point in working there. They do not even give you commission. They often make mistakes with your pay.

These like minded people have mastered an efficient way to balance work/personal life, by being flexible in their work hours, along with giving discounts to their employees for their expensive designer pieces. Their established way of doing things has shown the success of the company.

Overall the people you work with are amazing, and really down to Earth. The management or district managers see you as just a figure. No care for staff. Only care about sales goals with minimal rewards.
