A large private health care company is currently seeking a Human Resources Data Entry Coordinator to work in our Recruiting Department.
* Experience with People Soft an asset *
This is a Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 position working in our Burnaby office. This is a great opportunity to gain HR experience.
Ideal candidate will be available to start asap
* Eligibility for medical/dental benefits after three months employment. 3 Weeks annual vacation entitlement. *
Strong Data entry speed - "accuracy" is key.
Highly efficient and extremely organized is a must
Dealing with very high volume paperwork
Strong typing speed is required.
Professional telephone manner - booking interviews for various recruiters.
Creating hiring packages.
Assisting HR Coordinators in monthly orientation set up.
Occasional travel to other branches in White Rock and/or Vancouver required approx 4 times per month. Main office is Burnaby.
