Automation of Amicus Cassette manufacturing line. Automation programming of different stations using RSLogix 5000. Camera vision system programming for product approve/reject decision based on design specifications. Project leader, with three direct reports. Very busy work environment with tight schedules always.

This place was a great place to work at. They provided good health insurance, 401 k, and other compensation. The worst part about this job, was all the madatory overtime, and the point system.

I enjoyed working for this company. I learned a great deal of new machinery, SOP's and gowning procedures. It is a very clean and friendly environment. Plenty of room for advancement.

The most difficult part of working for this company is the lack of room for advancement. However, I love the people I work with and the family- like atmosphere.

• Involved in software distribution, infrastructure configuration/management and support for enterprise environment with over 40,000 clients.
• Collect inventory, create collections, construct queries and reports for distribution/packaging team. Raw data extractions via using, Active Directory, Access, Excel and Marimba for creating pivot tables, macros – more... and queries.
• Perform monitoring and maintenance of servers 2003 and 2008 /repeaters and workstations worldwide.
• Troubleshoot application deployment issues and assist in the day to day support of key activities within software distribution architecture. Track calls via service center software.
• Help in testing applications and Microsoft patches via VMware machines. – less

You learn a lot about FDA regulations and following procedures.

Leading a team in the timely replenishment of stock on a timely basis to satisfy customer needs and demands.
Planning and Forecasting orders based on Qualatitive and Quantitive information gathered at S&OP meetings.
The Overall management of the stock portfolio, eg Expired stock, Aged Inventory, MRB, KPI's etc.

Very advance company in computer and electronic. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the co-workers. They teach you a lot.

The work flow is basically very good not too much not to little and very exciting.

Overall, Baxter is a good company to work for. There needs to be a better balance of work/life encouraged by management. I loved working with the people at Baxter.

Baxter Healthcare was a wonderful place to work. I was employed for 7 years in diverse capacities which allowed me to build my skills and ultimately move on to a more advanced career path.

Very busy position. You were deemed the "bad person" but for the most part, I loved to be able to learn how garnsishments worked which is very important in payroll.
