Pros: free stuff, nice staff, smells good, flexible hours, easy to learn your responsibilities
Cons: call in shifts, short hours, the pay
I loved the job at first, great management and team. A typical day would be they assign you to register for sales floor, but usually you end up doing both. If your first starting you shadow someone for a day. The person who I shadowed did not tell me everything, so I had to ask a ton of questions after I was trained. Just make sure to ask if you aren't – more... sure. They hold you accountable if anything goes wrong.
The co-workers are nice. You can tell the people who don't like their jobs as much. You must always put customers first, but many girls there just try to get by without doing much.
The hardest part of the job is the back room stuff. Filling and the nights where there are new floor sets. They are difficult, time consuming, and require a lot of patience.
Do not apply to this job expecting hours or great pay. It's a fun job for extra cash, but should not be your only job to survive off of. – less
