A typicalday at the office consisted of answering any customers that had issues with the waterprooffing system that we installed. I had to gather as much information on the phone as possible and with that information determine if the system is malfunction or was installed incorrectly. The people I worked with where very helpful with and alsways fun. we always had a good laugh at the office.
