The incumbent will perform various office and administrative duties.

We are looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant who:

  • Answer and screen phone calls
  • Relays telephone, email and fax messages throughout the branch
  • Maintain accounts payable files
  • Maintain equipment and fleet files
  • Process couriers
  • Accounts receivable support
  • Customer statement processing
  • Process mail
  • Filing
  • PO maintenance
  • Prepare correspondence and mail outs
  • Process invoices
  • Complete daily bank deposits
  • Performs other related duties as required


  • High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
  • Greater than one but up to two years related experience
  • Basic understanding of Accounting is desirable


  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Highly dependable with an aptitude to learn quickly
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to organize and maintain work station
  • Excellent customer service skills, administrative and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in IT would be an asset
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities
  • Advanced data entry skills
