Operations manager Edmonton office / warehouse (Former Employee) – Edmonton, Alberta – 12 June 2016
Arrive at work about 6 a.m. even tho not open until 7:30, but I like to arrive early and get organized. Turn on all computers, machines, coffee, lights. Start answering emails, faxes and phone messages. Start entering orders for the day. Pick order, shipping.
Answering approx: 60 calls per day regarding warranty, repairs, customers' questions / concerns / po's. Data entry, computerized inventory quick count. Sales meeting with sales team, new ideas etc.
Time off when needed, lunches paid for, supper meetings.
Can't think of any really to be honest.
