Senior Analyst – Datacenter Technician (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC8 January 2018
I found the Bank to be a great employer over all but lacking somewhat in the direction of my particular department. I encourage potential employees to branch out and make acquaintances is multiple departments. IT support is tough and sometimes it can help to have friends outside the IT bubble.
Pros
Salary, benefits, flexibility.
Cons
Less than desirable interdepartmental cooperation.
