en résumé, une journée de travail consiste en l'appel et la réception d'appel de client de la banque nationale , dans une première partie on récolte les dates de renouvellement des polices d'assurances afin de rappeler ces client la en période de renouvellement , et dans une deuxième partie rappeler les client déjà appelé auparavant pour leur proposer des soumissions , utiliser un vocabulaire convaincant est de mise . dans les deux campagnes le but premier était de transférer les clients aux experts en assurance de la banque nationale pour des soumissions , il fallait bien sur convaincre le client avant avoir son autorisation pour le transfert . et tout cela en assurant un bon service a la clientèle
