NBC is a nice place to work at, however it is all work and no play hence no work life balance. Work hours are Long during peak season also overtime is mandatory during peak season.

en résumé, une journée de travail consiste en l'appel et la réception d'appel de client de la banque nationale , dans une première partie on récolte les dates de renouvellement des polices d'assurances afin de rappeler ces client la en période de renouvellement , et dans une deuxième partie rappeler les client déjà appelé auparavant pour leur proposer des soumissions , utiliser un vocabulaire convaincant est de mise .
dans les deux campagnes le but premier était de transférer les clients aux experts en assurance de la banque nationale pour des soumissions , il fallait bien sur convaincre le client avant avoir son autorisation pour le transfert .
et tout cela en assurant un bon service a la clientèle

Flexible Schedule. Good environement. The Voxdata company has a National bank contract. They receives inbound calls everyday for credit card activation. The job of the agent is to activate the card then propose the life insurance
